Apparently this is a top high quality grinder! I bought it as a present for my sisters cafe and she tells me it is just great to be able to have freshly ground coffee for her customers. Word is that customers are satisfied, happy with it, and will be an asset to the cafe for years to come! Thanks again Beanmachines you’ve done me a favour here!

Pros of this grinder - the ceramic grinder blades are great quality and can stand tall amongst grinder twice the price and altering the grind adjustment is very quick and easy, much easier than the standard jog wheels supplied with most grinders.
Cons - the plastic casing - although rigid, does not quite match the metal construction of say a mazzer grinder or macap. That being said to get a commercial coffee grinder that produces the kind of grind as the mahlkonig vario would cost twice the price.
Overall very happy with the grinder and service provided by beanmachines.
